Direct Billing & Insurance

How it works

For most plans with Canada Life, Sun Life, Green Shield and Manulife, your practitioner can bill your insurer directly. You pay only the portion of the fee your plan does not cover.

Good to know

Coverage varies from plan to plan. Some plans pay the clinic directly; others pay you, in which case you pay at your appointment and submit the receipt to your insurer yourself. Bring your benefits card so we can check how your plan is set up.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is not a regulated health profession in Ontario, so osteopathy treatments are not eligible for direct billing. A receipt is provided for your records.
